Terms & Conditions:
Before asserting a Best Package Price Guarantee claim, you must have booked a package on our Site that displays the Best Package Price Guarantee slogan and received a valid reservation confirmation number from us. You must submit the claim that you found a lower rate on another website by sending us an email at (Company e-mail) within 48 hours of your original reservation.  We must be able to verify the lower rate on the other website. The lower rate on the other website must be for the same hotel, same room type, same number of guests, same dates, same theme park tickets, in the same currency (US Dollars), and must be publicly viewable (i.e., the general public must be able to view the rate on the website) and book it (i.e., the rate is currently available and can be reserved online) via the Internet.

We must be able to verify, to our satisfaction, that your claim meets all conditions of our Best Package Price Guarantee program and these Terms and Conditions, and that it has been submitted properly. For purposes of our Best Package Price Guarantee program, our package price includes the room, theme park tickets and all taxes. Provided you meet all of the conditions herein, we will honor the lower package price found on the other website. No price adjustment will be processed for any reservation for which payment in full is not received.

The terms of our Best Package Price Guarantee program do not apply to the following rates or offers which may be found on another website. Any special rates that are available only to members of membership clubs or programs, negotiated rates, corporate rates, convention/group rates, wholesale rates, affinity/ association/government rates, rates that require coupon/certificate redemption, rates that are part of a travel package, deal, or bundle which includes more than hotel accommodations, such as parking, meals, entertainment, etc. Rates offered without the specific hotel and location being disclosed until the consumer completes the booking process or any other special or promotional offers or discounts.

No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of a Best Package Price Guarantee rate shall be permitted, except as expressly set forth herein.

Offer void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Best Package Price Guarantee program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual or entity found to be tampering with our Best Package Price Guarantee process or operation of the program, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or in a fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner. Any claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise determined to be fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive, in our sole discretion, will not be honored and will be disqualified and denied automatically without further communication with consumer.
